The youth centre consists of 4 buildings.
a) Main house: The floor plan is an irregular hexagonal shape with a similarly hexagonal covered inner courtyard. The floor area extends over approximately 800 square metres. The roof and ceiling are made of timber-concrete composite slabs. The exterior walls are made of laminated timber with an insulated outer shell of larch panels.
b) Residential building: The floor plan is an irregular pentagonal shape with a floor area of approximately 250 square metres extending over two storeys.
c) Workshop: The floor plan is an irregular pentagonal shape with a floor area of approximately 275 square metres extending over two storeys.
d) Campsite building: The floor plan of this single-storey building is an irregular pentagon shape with a floor area of approximately 170 square metres. As with the main and residential houses and the workshop, the campsite building is a timber frame structure.
